Non-Returnable Digital Products Policy

At HYPE INTRO, we take pride in delivering high-quality digital products, including voice-over, sound-design and audio production.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once a purchase has been completed.

Why Are Digital Products Non-Returnable?

Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be returned in the same way. Once the product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, it cannot be retrieved or resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any digital items.

Exceptions:

We will consider refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

• You were charged twice for the same product due to a system error.
• You did not receive the digital product due to a technical issue on our end.
• The file is corrupt or non-functional, and we are unable to provide a working version.
